It is essential for you to see why you have to perform flush procedure on this water heater. It is valuable and you have to keep it in perfect condition for as long as possible. Another reason is to maintain the efficiency on the machine as close as possible to the initial level, by preventing scale buildups on inside of the heat exchanger. In result you will maintain low operating cost and worry free water heating system.
The procedure is fairly easy but if you do not want to get your hands dirty – call a trained and certified technician.

Step Four: pour the vinegar in the bucket and open the valves with the connected hoses.
Step Five: connect the pump to a power source.
Step Six: let the liquid circulate for 45-60 minutes.
Step Seven: unplug the pump, close the valves, and disconnect the hoses.
Step Eight: open the cold water supply and flush trough the hot side with clean water for 30 sec.
Step Nine: close the hot flush port and open the hot outlet valve to restore hot water supply to the house.
Step Ten: open the gas valve and turn the power off/on to the tankless water heater.
